1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all donations made to Maa Pushpa Seva Sansthan Trust ("the Trust"), a registered non-profit organization. By making a donation, the donor agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2.1. Donations can be made through the Trust’s authorized payment channels.
2.2. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Donor Consent and Responsibility
3.1. By making a donation, the donor declares that the funds are from legitimate sources.
3.2. The donor is responsible for any issues arising from the donation, including chargebacks.

4. Indemnity
The donor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Trust from any claims arising from the donation.

5. Use of Donations
Funds will be utilized according to the charitable objectives of the Trust.

9. Donor Acknowledgment and Consent
By proceeding, I confirm my acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and take full responsibility for the legitimacy of the funds.
